Ingredients
- 8 whole large prawns
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 red chili
- 2 lemons
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 50 g shredded Jarlsberg® Special Reserve
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) on grill. Finely chop the garlic and chili. Grate the peel of one lemon and squeeze out lemon juice. Cut the other lemon into wedges and chop the parsley. Mix lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, chili and garlic. Open the prawns from the top without cutting through them fully. Put the prawns on an oven tray and drizzle the mix over and spread cheese over the shrimps. Grill in the oven until the cheese looks golden. Sprinkle with parsley and serve the prawns with lemon wedges.
