- 50 g yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 650 ml plain flour + 50 ml strong flour for baking out
Topping
- 1 can (approx. 400 ml) tomato sauce
- 5 slices of cooked ham
- 6 fresh mushrooms
- 125 g shredded Jarlsberg® Original
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 150 g fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 50 g Jarlsberg® Special Reserve
