USA | DOUBLE JARLSBERG® BURGER
NATIONAL DISH

Ingredients
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 15 g butter
- Black pepper
- 1 tomato
- lettuce
- 3 yellow onions
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 slices Jarlsberg® special reserve
- 4 slices Jarlsberg® original
- 1/4 cup mayonaise
Preparation
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Slice the onion and fry it on low heat until soft and starting to caramelize, about 15 minutes. Put salt and sugar on the onions and fry for about 5 more minutes. Mix the ground beef with salt, worchestershire sauce, pepper, and form to 4 patties. Fry the patties in butter for 1-2 minutes on each side and finish with two slices of cheese on each patty. Slice the tomato and grill the breads. Build your burger: mayonaise, lettuce, patty with cheese and tomato, top with caramelized onions.
